Touring Statewide, Nationally & Internationally


Jerilynn Bedingfield (dancer, mask and mime performer): is a principal performer nationally and internationally with Gateway Performance Productions. She's been integral to the creation of a variety of Gateway's performance works for the live stage and film. 
Jerilynn's also toured internationally with Several Dancers Core/ Core Performance Group based in Atlanta and Houston and worked as a choreographic assistant for Tanzfabrik Dance Company in Berlin, Germany. Her professional career has taken her across international waterways for Royal Viking Cruise Lines as a performer with Driscoll's Magic Productions and around the three rings of Ringling Brothers Barnum Bailey Circus on national tours. She's also appeared in commercials and several art house films. 
The performing arts have been part of Jerilynn's life since childhood.  She began her performing arts training  at the Pasadena Little Theater in Houston, Texas. Chartered in 1955, it is one of the area's oldest theaters. She went on to study at the nationally acclaimed High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston where she majored in dance. She's studied  dance with with Bill Evans , Garth Fagen, Mark Morris, Ohad Naharin, Katherine Dunham, Johanna Haigood, Pat Grainey, Cleo Parker Robinson, Eiko and Koma, Susan Marshall, Mark Dendy. Her performing arts and movement training includes modern, jazz, ballet tap, ethnic,mime , ariel ,trapeze, eurythmy, drama, musical theater, gymnastics, yoga, tai chi and clowning.


Jerilynn has also taught dance for Tanzfabrik in Berlin Germany, Brenau College in Gainsville GA, The High School of Performing and Visual Arts in HoustonTX,  Art Station in  Stone Mountain,GA, the YWCA in  Atlanta GA, Cartersville Dance in Cartersville GA, Gilmer Arts in  Ellijay GA and the Atlanta Childrens Shelter in GA.

Jerilynn Bedingfield, Master Gardener
Jerilynn Bedingfield is a master gardener in the state of Georgia Dekalb county. She apprenticed at the Union Agricultural Institute in Blairsville Georgia. Experience includes developing schoolyard gardens (pollinator gardens,vegetable gardens, outdoor reading rooms, arboretum, creekbank restoration). Jerilynn has taught garden to table cooking classes, earthworm education and compost and soil science. She was on staff at the Oakhurst Community Garden in Decatur Georgia as the gardener/site manager and volunteer coordinator.  In this position Jerilynn worked with 600 volunteers a year. She continues work with the chickens and bees on this 2 acre urban greenspace.  Jerilynn spends 50 hours plus a year volunteering her time to the community in many garden/environmental education related activities. She currently offers garden coaching, consultation and design specializing in sustainable urban edible gardens.
